TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services Provided

Havana Enterprises LLC, doing business as HavenCare Solutions, provides administrative support and licensing assistance for nursing professionals in South Dakota. This includes:

License renewal support for LPNs, RNs, and APRNs

License reinstatement support for lapsed licenses

License reactivation guidance for inactive licenses

APRN Credentialing Support Service for new graduates and endorsement candidates seeking South Dakota licensure

Important: All services are administrative. HavenCare Solutions does not provide legal or medical advice, nor does it guarantee any licensing or credentialing outcome. Final decisions are made solely by the South Dakota Board of Nursing or other applicable authorities. HavenCare Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any state licensing authority.

2. APRN Credentialing Support Service

Our APRN Credentialing Support Service helps nurse practitioners with the administrative steps for South Dakota licensure, including intake processing, document organization, verification coordination (NURSYS, schools, employers), gap analysis, and application submission.

Payment: Services begin after booking and full payment.

Important Limits:

Approval of any credentialing application is not guaranteed.

HavenCare Solutions does not verify client-provided information; clients are responsible for accuracy and completeness.

HavenCare Solutions does not provide legal representation in the event of a denial or board inquiry.

3. Payments and Refunds

Full payment is required at booking.

All sales are final due to the specialized, time-intensive nature of administrative support services.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in, clients consent to receive automated texts for:
Appointment confirmations

License renewal reminders

Credentialing status updates

Administrative notifications

Standard carrier rates may apply. Reply HELP for support or STOP to cancel. HavenCare Solutions is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including license numbers, NPI numbers, education, practice hours, and other required documentation. HavenCare Solutions is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

HavenCare Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, including lost income or missed opportunities.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless HavenCare Solutions, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

Misrepresentation or omission of client information

Regulatory inquiries or disputes

Misuse of administrative guidance or services

8. Age Restriction

By using our services and SMS communications, clients represent that they are 18 or older.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota.

Any disputes will first attempt mediation, and unresolved matters will go to binding arbitration in South Dakota.

10. Acknowledgment

By booking services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including all disclaimers, limitations, and indemnification provisions.
